With individuals and families continuing to go through choosing whether to provide food on the table or a roof to be comfortable.

It’s hard when your bills out way your means of support for yourself as well as family. When are forced to leave the place you called home for many years and treated like you don’t matter.  I’ve experienced first hand what is like to be homeless and not have any backup.

I’ve sat in housing court and watch lawyers laugh and joke amongst each other, not giving the tenants any respect.  Watching these tenants get railroaded because no one wants to side with the tenant is so disheartening.  So I’ve been a resource for tenants on the verge of being evicted.

Currently I am not in my place I called  home, all because the management company went to court and filed paperwork.  The management company knew I didn’t live there any more and allegedly served the paperwork to my previous tenancy.  When you fall in a certain salary bracket, there is no help for you.  Even though I don’t have much, I have been giving out of my own needs to keep a roof over my head.

With support I cannot only help individuals and families get food, provide a place to help them understand thet.ir rights as a tenant. Along with providing with assistance with rent and possibly security.  Your generation donations will be greatly appreciated.
